Families choose private school for good reasons. The small classes, commitment to child-centered practice, and compatibility with your values as a parent are among the strong motivations to seek an independent school even in the high-cost region of Silicon Valley. Tru strives to make tuition affordable to any family who shares in our vision for integrated learning.

As a tax-exempt educational non-profit, Tru depends on the generosity of parents and community supporters to offer our program at the tuition level we do. Over 90% of parents donate to our giving campaign each year.

In addition, we encourage parents to be involved in many ways — helping on field trips, teaching about their career expertise, sharing personal and cultural traditions, providing marketing support, organizing social events, and serving on the board of directors.

2018-19 Tuition: $17,800
